The bed is very comfortable and spacious, but it is not a double bed, but two beds together, two pillows for each person. The bathroom is very big. The views from the room towards the emblase are beautiful. The hotel is very nice. The great breakfast, wonderful, as well as the waitress who is serving the breakfast, super kind and attentive.
bathroom was frozen, there is a small radiator in the bathroom but in the morning it was off, in reception they told us that the heating would go off later, that we should use the heat pump but it is only in the room, bathroom does not arrive, so the bathroom was frozen, even when they turned on the heating it was still very cold because it was very loose, radiators in the room and bathroom were practically not hot. If you stay only one night the price of the SPA is 5 euros, they have massages and other things but it is all very expensive, 60 euros half an hour or something like that. restaurant and bar were closed for renovations, so to have a drink or dinner you had to take the car and go to the village, about 3 km away by car, impossible to walk. price is not bad, for my opinion, I would say a bit expensive.

room was quite large with a view of the swamp and mountains. bathroom was also quite large, is to be welcomed. water from the shower came out with pressure and heated quickly. hotel is very quiet and silent and has spectacular views.
The restaurant only has a menu of 25 euros (we were charged less because we were charged half board). This is excessive as we first ordered the salad which turned out to be lettuce (lots and poor quality), cheese and literally four pieces of nuts. Very little for the price, really. It is a pity that the restaurant does not have an open menu because to go to the village you have to take the car and in bad weather days, it would be nice to be able to have dinner/lunch in the same hotel without having to pay for a complete menu, which is also expensive for the quality it has. On the other hand, in the bathroom they only gave us a little bottle of gel for two people that was insufficient almost for once, much less for two days. If you offer a Junior Suite, this kind of details should be much more taken care of since the client pays an extra for having certain comforts. On the room's terrace there was a jerky that was full of goat's-eye butts. We don't smoke but the fact that we didn't clean it doesn't speak very well of the staff. Besides, in the room you could see the dust when you moved the bed cushions or even the lamps on the little tables.

Perfect location for skiing, 15-minute drive to slopes, and delicious restaurant.
The spa experience was underwhelming and costly, and some areas of the hotel need updating.

Sorry to say that the two days where a waist of time and money. The worst breakfast ever, have something look like scramble eggs in a dirty chaffing dish and nothing else, for dinner only have one bottle of white wine and not cold, they have a croque menu with only two choices, the main meals very disapointing they did not come with advertise in the menu. Pool dritty, game room not open, bar open couple hours no where to have a drink. Almost no choice for tv channels.

I liked the location and views in the mountains, but easy to find and reach by public transport, as a contrast to the city environment of Madrid, and the room / facilities were good value for money.
We were poorly received on arrival. The receptionist, who had not been working there for long (as she later told us), failed to check / remind us that we had booked the Romantic Offer for 2 including dinner, and gave us a negative response when we asked if coffee or tea was available in the room. As a result we went down to the village to look for something to eat and missed having the dinner at the hotel that was included with our booking but which we had forgotten about at the time we checked in (early evening). However the next day the management agreed to give us a free lunch instead. So we left more or less happy with our stay.

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is located in the beautiful mountains just north of Madrid, making it a perfect spot for skiing in Puerta Navacerrada or enjoying the stunning Navacerrada dam. The staff provided excellent service, and the rooms were comfortable with great amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were a treat, and I also enjoyed the seasonal outdoor pool and the relaxing garden area.
I would definitely recommend this place to my family.

Nestled in the stunning mountains of Madrid, this hotel is a perfect spot for nature lovers who enjoy skiing, hiking and admiring the breathtaking view of Navacerrada dam. You can relax in the comfortable room, indulge in a delicious breakfast, and take advantage of the indoor pool and paddle court during your stay. the balcony with a gorgeous view of the valley is definitely a highlight.
The check-in process could be improved for a smoother arrival experience.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience. the stunning views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking, and the nearby ski slopes were a great way to spend our days. the indoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The beds were not very comfortable and the decoration was a bit outdated. getting to the hotel was a bit challenging, as we had to navigate some steep hills and dirt tracks to arrive.
